First bras

My DD is 10 and just about needs a first bra. She is very comfort focused. The problem is that we can't get out anywhere (obviously) to try them on, so need to get something with quite generic sizing, and because I'm lazy/busy, I'd love to get it right first shot. Can anyone recommend something your DDs have loved? I'd ideally like in a multipack and not too expensive (she tried on one of mine today and loved it, but that's £20 a go, which would work out quite a lot for a growing girl in the end).

One of those many poignant things in lock down not being able to do these small right of passage things. I remember going shopping for my first bra withy mum more than 35 years ago . But to be more helpful I've just bought these www.johnlewis.com/john-lewis-partners-girls'-sports-crop-tops-pack-of-3-multi/p3653048 from John Lewis together with the matching briefs for my 10 year old as a first bra - they are lovely and soft and the slightly sporty feel is the right level of grown up for her

Just done this - orders an obscene amount of sizes and shapes from M&S, gap and Gilly hicks. The gap crop tops are by far the best in terms of quality / actually doing something and price (fabric has lots of stretch, is not see through and the straps are adjustable. The M&S ones are very sad by comparison and the ones we have went grey and curly first wash). The Gilly hicks are lovely and pretty and you need them to be on offer ££££!!! Assuming you do t need actual bras but crop tops - for actual bras, new look are brilliant. M&S disappointed on every level - look/ comfort/ quality

Many of the larger supermarkets still have their clothes dept open and you could get some crop tops

Thanks. We are isolating because of a vulnerable family member so it's got to be online.

Tried a lot of different ones, but dd likes the Uniqlo girls airism bra best.
