Moisturiser advice please

Help! I have recently developed loads of little bumps on my face. I think it is a combination of needing to cleanse more fully (I usually just use miscella water) and the wrong moisturiser.

Can anyone suggest a moisturiser for normal to oily skin that I can get at a small Morrisons? Not too expensive (definitely below £10!). Ideally I'd like a couple of options in case the first choice is out of stock.

Nivea Soft in the white tub/tube.

I swear by it. Cheap as chips too.

It was actually blind tested on TV against super expensive creams a few years back and beat them all. It's lovely.
