Scented Candles

I know it's not strictly S&B, but I figured this would be a good place to ask.

I'm after some lovely scented (but fairly strong as can't smell very well) candles.
Not too expensive but natural would be great and re-useable/refillable if possible.
I usually take a gamble in TKMAX but that's not possible at the moment.

Anyone got any ideas?

I had a gorgeous one from Aldi. Rose Our, I think. It had a strong scent throw and the nice pot came in handy afterwards.

Seychelles from The White Company is beautiful. Smells of the beach. Laura Ashley beachcomber is a decent dupe.

Park's candles are often found in TKMaxx so you may have used them before - they also have a good sale section on their own website. Their candles are lovely and very strongly scented.

Jo Malone has done a range for Zara Home - they are beautiful and £15.

Party lite candles are my favourite (no I don't work for them I tend to buy direct from their website rather than from a rep)

My favourites are the True Grace ones, which I buy in John Lewis. All of them are lovely, but I particularly like the lavender one, and the rose. The tins are £20.

Have you tried the wax melts? They are strong smelling and last for ages.

Island spa by Yankee is lemony smelling and quite fresh.

Pinks sands is my absolute fave though. Sweet and fresh.

Home Bargains have an amazing range. Big candles with a many hour burn for pennies. My favourite is their gingerbread. Fills the house with scent for under £4

The best candles are Neom ones. They burn with no soot and have no harmful chemicals in them. I appreciate you may not want to spend that much, sometimes they have offers though and the candles burn for a,long time.

Me too. TK Maxx is full of scented candle misfires but they have some great ones. It’s trial and error. I hit lucky when they had a load of Aromaworks candles. They are excellent: good throw, burn cleanly and classy scents. The Yankee ones smell like penny sweets in my experience.

Neom are also great, but so expensive!

I'm not into Yankee candles - apart from the Christmas aromas.
I have terrible luck at TKMAX usually....I go for the nicest pot rather than googling the brand! Grin
Will start looking at the other brands suggested, thanks.
