I may or may not have indulged.
Beauty is becoming a serious habit!
Anyone else taken the plunge? If so, what did you buy?

I managed to spend £180 quite quickly Blush. Tinted moisturiser (as it's nearly summer), body scrub & lotion, and for hair, leave in conditioner and thickening lotion. None of which I knew I needed last night, but this morning I realised I absolutely had to buy Grin

Haha. Sounds like a good haul. I ended up restocking on Glow Tonic and some conditioner, but then also bought bath oils and candles. Hey, a girl has to do what she has to do! Can’t wait to see the GWP.

I have bought my Dad aftershave for his birthday and some bath oil for me. Now debating whether to get my husband aftershave and keep until xmas (creed) and getting a 2nd GWP and giving it to my mum.....

I am a front line NHS worker so justifying my treats to self!

Do you normally order from this website? Does stuff arrive, and arrive fairly quickly? Thanks

I may have over indulged on the Aesop products
Liberty gift with purchase is excellent

Did anybody just use the Liberty website direct instead of going through the link?

Report
Nanasueathome · 27/04/2020 16:14

Yes, I went through Liberty website
I checked my order history too and also purchased GWP in sept 2018 and sept 2019
I like Liberty

I always buy from Liberty direct. I bought some perfume - it was in the last gift and I totally loved it! I started a new job this month so it's a treat to myself. Expensive perfume though! Liberty's marketing worked well on me Wink

I've been tempted by the emails from Liberty but it doesn't feel like the value it claims. The products are quite small as well.

Last thing I bought was a gorgeous scarf, tempted to blow the budget on something through boredom though

Some of the products are full size and available to buy in store
The wash bag retails at around the £45 mark too

I've ordered Aesop hand wash, hand cream and diptyque candles. I'm very excited for it to arrive.

Oh yes, sorry was just generally chatting not trying to put it down. I love a good gift - maybe if I used or wanted to try more of them.

Is everyone going to post their stash when it arrives? I’d love to see some pics.

I had 2 parcels today, one was half my order and the other was my gift...

The gift smells lovely, the 3 soaps in it have scented the wash bag. I don't want to post pics of the gift because it will be spoilers, but I am very happy - a mix of stuff I've been wanting to try, and things I wouldn't have bought but am happy to try Grin

I love AVEDA. Joined their loyalty scheme a while ago. Sounds like lockdown spa time for you this week?

I’ve had dispatch info and mine is due tomorrow. They said they’ve cancelled one of the candles because it’s not in stock but the notice says my gwp has still been shipped. So I guess we will see!

I'm slightly more tempted. I've been working through all my samples from Christmas and am running low...

Report
Luvacuppatea · 29/04/2020 06:36

I planned on giving this a miss as I had the Liberty GWPs in Autumn 2019 and 2018 (yes, I’m building up quite a collection of wash bags 😂 ), but I might have caved yesterday afternooon. So I’ve ordered some REN Otto Rose bath oil; Aesop Geranium Leaf body wash; Aurelia cleanser + deodorant and a Kai gift set for an upcoming birthday. Oh, and a Davines scalp calmer. I had a £20 eVoucher that’s reduced the cost down a bit more. I feel as though I need a treat, given current circumstances, and the gift does look great this time - a good amount of bath/shower and body care. Eagerly awaiting despatch email now.......

I very much enjoy the Liberty GWPs, usually buy in the autumn. I didn't get an email about this one so thanks OP for the thread.

The wash bags are good quality and there are lots of full size products in the gift.
I've indulged in this one.
Bought a Bobbi Brown full coverage face brush, a couple of new wash bags to replace two 15+ year old Anya Hindmarch ones that are now looking a bit tatty, some soaps and a perfume gift set.
The Autumn 2019 gift was my favourite ever and so I've had to reduce my expectations for this one, but I know I'll love it!
