Stopping nail biting - buddies please?

Trying to use this crisis as a prompt to kick my disgusting nail biting habit. I can’t get gel nails done and it’s a crazy habit to have anyway, so unhygienic really...

Anybody with me? I desperately need non judgmental but firm support...
