I am nurse in ICU so wearing a full mask and goggles during the day, my face is dry and sore, I feel like I want to put something on overnight to treat and hydrate my skin.

I have been using a thin layer of EA 8hour cream, just wondered if anyone had any other solutions.

I don’t think Eight Hour Cream is soothing enough. I would try a cream from e.g. Avene or Aderma which are very good for sensitive skin.

If you were thinking of blowing the budget then Estée Lauder serums are fantastic.

And thanks for all you are doing at work btw. (Elbow bump).

Elemis cleansing balm can be used as an overnight balm, it’s very gentle and soothing

I like the Liz Earle cica paste, it's gentle but soothing and hasn't made my skin breakout.
Thank you for hard work, it is very much appreciated Flowers

I have the Neals Yard rose balm. It works great overnight but it is very strongly scented which could be off putting.

La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume B5. I'm also masked all day: I put it on before work, after work, and bedtime.
