Hwo did you decide what colour to get Fartniss?

I've just bought it too! It will only be £5.90 if it's no good. Fingers crossed.

@cheesycrisps I got mine on Harvey Nichols website. They have a foundation match available so I just put in my current foundation and it matched for me. Free postage too.

I googled swatches for my best shade.

It's the only foundation I've used for the last year, it suits my skin better than any other I have tried.

@onlyhereforthefood good to hear that you like the foundation. Which one do you use, the coverage one or serum one?

@menthollyinsane I have used both but prefer the coverage one

@onlyhereforthefood I've gone for the coverage one. I can't wait for it to arrive.

I've used both too and also prefer the full coverage one. The serum one is very watery.

Findation is good for matching to a shade you already know is correct

The serum one is the only foundation I use these days. It gives such a lovely glow and looks very natural. Great price too!

I love the serum one- but the colours changed from one year to the next so when I repurchased it wasn't a good match.

I’ve ordered the serum one to get my order to the free post minimum on cult beauty.

Really hope I like it and can break my expensive foundation habit

I use the coverage one. Love it
Took a couple of goes to get the shade right though

My order was despatched a couple of days ago so hopefully will arrive soon.

I will let you know what I think of it.

I don’t use foundation but dd uses the coverage one and swears by it. She’s told all her friends as well. It’s fab for less than a Rommel or other drug store brand equivalent.

The serum is fantastic if you are older.

The serum one dries into my pores weirdly. Making them looked filled with foundation. Might be better with a primer though.

TDL2016 · 10/04/2020 12:42

I used the coverage one, even with primer, setting powder it wipes off after 2 minutes and my face was a patchy mess by the end of the day.

I used the serum one, it's was alright. I had to mix two shades to get a better match. It's handy for travel, cheap enough not to be overly precious.

I'm not getting my hopes up for this foundation. I've been wanting to try it for ages.

I've read mixed reviews. I'm expecting a total fail so anything other will be a bonus.

I will let you know when it eventually turns up.

I had such high expectations for ELDW but I hated it, many people bloody love the stuff.

We shall see!

Years ago, when it was first released, I had both coverage and serum foundations and really liked them. Then I fell in love with Bobbi Brown makeup and didn't bother with TO.
I recently ordered the coverage in 1.1N and it came today. For £5.90 it's such a good everyday foundation. It's not too thick and offers medium coverage.

I love the serum one, with the silicone primer underneath it gives an amazing dewy finish. Without the primer it does seem to settle in pores a little.

I've got both as I don't always want full coverage. The quality is impressive especially considering the price. They are easily two of the best foundations I've used. My previous go to was Bobbi brown and I've tried loads of drug store brands.

I love the serum foundation. I think the coverage foundation is too heavy, but if that's what you like, you'll probably be happy with it.
