WFH Make-up tips?

Having spent 30 minutes doing make-up before an online meeting then looking harsh and a bit drag queen (I'm early 50's) can anyone suggest good tips for quick, not too harsh looks so I don't scare my colleagues?
I'm fair skinned (peely-wally) blue eyes, dark hair....
Also I noticed I kept fiddling with my hair!

Maybe concealer as necessary, eyeliner (if you wear it) around outer third of the eye, smudged in, eyelash curlers and mascara, and lippie put on with a brush, rather than the tube? FWIW I tend to use eyeliner rather than eyeshadow these days, as also 50's, and doesn't show that much. Any powder eyeshadow above the crease line just seems to draw attention to my wrinkly old eyes. Not saying you're the same mind Grin

Ooh can't wait to get touched up by Zoom!Grin
Thanks for the eyeliner tip - think I'm a bit heavy-handed with the eyeshadow indeed

I've WFH for years and my tip is to have PowerPoints or other documents so you share screen and don't turn the ruddy camera on.Grin

zoom has a touchup function

How do you do this?

I have a Zoom meeting tomorrow. Not sure if they plan to be on video or not.

I don’t usually put make up on to WFH but have never been to work without make up so will have to put some on in case. But was hoping to turn camera off.

Ah crap, that Zoom filter is only for desktops and iOS, not Android Angry

Guardian article says to highlight brows and cheeks.

I’ve been keeping it as light as possible. Tinted moisturiser and a little blush and mascara.
Also clever positioning of the laptop camera, sitting with back to window so it’s so bright they can’t really see me!

Yes I would keep it light too

Ginger moisturiser or a bit of mineral make up, conceal under eyes and any obvious blemishes mascara, blusher and maybe a lip product

I'd agree about the brows comment. I dislike very heavy brows and don't own a brow pencil. However, I happen to be fair with fair brows and they might as well not exist as far as my laptop camera is concerned! I look ridiculous!

I'm watching the Hannah Martin tutorial an promising myself to do all of that by 8.30 a.m. tomorrow! I think I tend to panic and put everything on...

Oh brows! Yes I would do brows but not heavy insta brows for me just defining the arch a bit more and filling in a bit
