Hello
So next week I am going to see lewis capaldi with my 19yo dd. I need some outfit ideas. I want to look cool and trendy (am 37) but not sure on what to wear. I am a size 16. Bottom heavy with great boobs. Am really conscious of my hips and bum. Can I get some ideas please.

I opened the post thinking you'd decided to dress as Lewis for World Book Day or something WinkGrin.
No advice to offer either way I'm afraid. Enjoy though.

Start at the bottom with Nike Air Force 1s and work up... comfort and natural fibres and simple cuts (not patterns). Maybe something ‘oversized’ in the mix.
Ultimately no one will be looking at anyone is the audience so comfort should be priority

I agree with Thinkle. Nobody will be looking at you. I don't overdo the dressing up for the cinema either.

I also opened this thinking it was Lewis Capaldi fancy dress 🤣

Ermm a floaty dress with tights and boots?

That's my go to outfit for everything really!!

Wear something with enough pockets to hold your stuff so you do t have to stand in the bag search line. Enjoy!

I’m going tomorrow. Leopard print dress from joules, denim jacket, chunky boots. 36, size 18.

I thought someone was looking to replicate an outfit he’d worn, for their OH...I was thinking that’s an interesting look to aspire to...

I’d probably just dress in jeans, trainers and a leather jacket.

Or maybe a dress and flat boots? With a leather jacket.
