Asos issues

I've tries live chat and Twitter and they have the same stock response without actually dealing with my issue. They are just awful, aren't they? There's no way to contact them by phone either.

I pay extra for Asos Premier too.

I found an email address for their CEO so will see what happens now!

I can't find anything on the app, sorry!

They are pretty rubbish though, I ended up having to contact them through Messenger recently - I placed an order and was charged to postage when I have the delivery pass. So not only charged but also didn't get next day delivery and I needed the item urgently. They messaged back but then never actually dealt with it!

Please for the love of god does someone have a phone number or details of the complaints team at Asos.

They are utterly rubbish!
