Get the gloves! I used to wear driving gloves in Kenya because the sun would burn the top of my hands otherwise

ChippyMinton Wed 05-Sep-07 13:38:42

Surely your chauffeur takes the wheel?

surely you'd get more hot and sticky in leather gloves, no?
Mind you, not keen on the cover either....grin

LL, just how old are you my dear? Because let me tell you, you need to be over 65 to wear those. They are not poncey, they are sad-old-lady.

NadineBaggott Wed 05-Sep-07 13:42:44

how about these

should imagine they're half the price wink

newlifenewname Wed 05-Sep-07 13:43:34

I didn't click the link because it would possibly confirm my sad old granny status but I wear gloves in winter for driving - leather ones but black or brown and the lightest I'd go is camel.

flowerybeanbag Wed 05-Sep-07 13:43:55

I have some gorgeous pale pink leather gloves from M&S a couple of years ago. Not the driving kind though, just normal, they are scrummy

NadineBaggott Wed 05-Sep-07 13:44:12

there are some seriously talentless glove designers out there

brimfull Wed 05-Sep-07 13:46:08

why not a leather steering wheel cover instead,or would you just sweat all over that aswell?
