Bad back and need boots and shoes!

I have osteoarthritis in my lower back.
I continuously where Fitflop boots in winter and sandals in the summer, but they are not the most attractive of designs. But they are comfy and help my pain.

Are there any other brands out there that will help me walk without increasing my pain? Thankyou 💖

@TheHumansAreDefinitelyDead

I guess I will stick with Fitflops, I just come under attack from my daughter about how unstylish they are!

Could you not have inner soles made that could then be put in to shoes?

I have lumbar issues. I recently bought some of these. They are comfortable, the support is good but also the grip is excellent (I have taken a couple of tumbles since being stiffer).

I know it’s not quite what you’re asking, but might be a consideration once the ice starts.

@Mumof1andacat
I fled an abusive marriage and left hospital made inner soles behind. I would probably have to get referred again, and my GP surgery are very money conscious. My daughter said I should do this again!

@ArriettyJones

I like the look of those boots! Thanks.

Merrells are really good. I didn’t wear mine two days ago, walked six miles and was in agony. Switched to my merrells yesterday, walked the same and I am fine.

@lexiepuppy go back to GP. They will refer you again, or you may be able to call original hospital yourself.
