Cotton rib underwear

My DD is very sensitive to fabrics and seams and is wedded to her old Boden pants - the only sort she would wear. They're really too small now, but the only replacements I can find are Petite Bateau and very expensive. I had to steel myself to the Boden prices, but there are even more!

Are there any more affordable alternatives? She's about a size 6 womens sizes, possibly 8.

@margaritasbythesea did you find anything? My DD can’t wear her age 11-12 Boden pants for much longer. She’s probably a size 6 or 8. I’ve bought her a pack of their teen styles but she doesn’t like the elastic waist and the body isn’t 100% cotton. I’m about to part with £12 for ONE pair of Petit Bateaux pants .

I think m and s do an autism approved range so it’s all seamless and soft

I didn’t know etam were still going but these popped up on my google search 100% cotton www.etam.co.uk/knickers/knickers/4-pack-organic-cotton-briefs-651550446.html

Petit Bateau underwear is often available for decent prices on Amazon.fr so might be worth checking there.

I like the Etam ones but they’re not quite right. Neither Petit B and Boden knickers have elastic, they relied on the knit of the fabric for stretch. They’re also a really thick cotton.

I can find cotton knickers but non without elastic, with decent quality of knit and decent coverage!

I’ll try French Amazon, thanks.

You’d think M&S WOULD do some but they’re seam free knickers are made of polyamide.

Boden ones can be washed at 60 and tumble dried on hot and look as good as new for years and years.

Cambridge Baby have some in the teen section (up to 16 yrs), and other 100% cotton ones in the adult section.

Thanks Conker they look possible although they are more expensive than even the Petit B ones.

Mover it’s a two pack, so quite a bit less than 12 quid a pair!

The Cambridge Baby ones do look possible but the largest teen size Is 14 and that mY be too small. They’re almost £18 for two plus p&p. Defo worth a stand by though if I can’t get PB in the sake.

Lots of cheaper but mainly boring white options here in adult sizes, that you could maybe dye or she could get some get some fabric pens and design her own, Thunderpants style!
