Hello! Off via duty free on Wednesday and need something to clean my face each day. Have been using Clarins exfoliating cleanser which is ok. Wondered whether there were any other recommendations? Still get the occasional spot and some blackheads. Dry/combination skin. Nearly 40. Thanks so much.

I rate Superdrug vitamin E hot cloth cleanser, and Beauty Pie Japanfusion balm to oil cleanser.

I like 9-5 Cleanser from Lush - only one I've found that doesn't make my skin tight & prickly.

Oh thank you. Will go googling! Love a recommendation. And I'm bloody lazy too!

I love the cerave foaming cleanser. If you're rather on the dry side, the hydrating one is lovely too. Great PH, cheap as chips, basic. I love it

Do people remove make up first then use cleanser?? Or use the cleanser on make up to remove?

Sounds silly but I've always used make up wipes then cleanser but was recently told to ditch the make up wipes.

@Russell19 double cleanse - so just wash your face twice! Ditch the wipes, they're terrible for your skin and the environment. If you wear a full face, an oil or balm cleanser first, then a gel or cream cleanser second.

Body Shop seaweed cleansers - the everyday one and then the scrub once or twice a week. It’s stopped my hormonal breakouts completely.

Clinique Take the Day Off balm is my fave. Looks a bit like lard in the tub but it shifts make-up brilliantly. No heavy scent either. The Jordan Samuel aftershow cleanser is great as a second cleanse.

Superdrug hot cloth or simple oil cleanser to take off makeup.
Then glossier milky jelly to wash as it's non foaming. Anything foamy dries my skin too much.
