Cropped wide leg trousers - still on trend?

Picked up a pair of these in a charity shop. Lots of people were wearing them last spring - summer - autumn with flat sandals, trainers.

Still on trend for this spring?! I can easily alter them to a slimmer leg if not.

What colour?

I don’t think they’re on trend per se, but they won’t look out of place during spring. I think the trendy option is cropped wider leg jeans eg white straight leg/mom jeans that are ankle grazers

I love a wide leg crop, me. And they are still all over the shops so don't see them going out of fashion quite yet

They may still be somewhat fashionable but they are one of the most unflattering garments out there. I think they make everyone's legs look really short. But I'm not wearing them you are and if you like them who cares of they're on trend or not?

They're gorgeous and look great on you. I think the reason you're not seeing them around at the moment is that it's too chilly still! Wait until bare ankle weather.

Thanks @MontanaSkies . It’s not a look I have tried before so was a bit unsure, but the trousers are Jigsaw, brand new for £7 so couldn’t resist

I am really struggling to find a pair of full length trousers, so the cropped look is still disappointingly on trend - I really do not want to but another pair - they are so unflattering, you really have to be careful on you style them.

I am a big fan of a wide leg crop. The trick is to wear something fitted on top, or that sits just on the waistband. Cos do the best ones for my shape, but those look fab on you.

My top tip is knee-high socks underneath in winter.

Yes they're fine. I have a khaki green pair that I wear with a tucked in shirt, belt and black heels.
