Help for my jawline!

Oh hell, it’s happened, my face is changing. Too late in life I noticed I had a nicely shaped face, had about 2 years to enjoy it and now my jawline is not so tight. I don’t look like me anymore.

Assuming I had the money, what’s the best thing? Facelift? Ultherapy? Thermage? Has anyone had any of these procedures?

Also thinking of really committing to facial yoga, but not sure I believe it would work.
