Lipstick Challenge January 2020.

Hello lipstick junkies and a very Happy New Year to you all! (And a new decade!)

So, the point of this 'challenge' for any newbies is to go through your lipstick stash and wear a different colour everyday! Pictures are useful (although not mandatory) although colour descriptions are good too! Definitely post brand and shade name/number please!

(So many exclamation marks, can you tell I'm excited? I love this, it's something fun during a dreary month.)

I will begin, I'm wearing L'Oreal matte lipstick in 'Stay the night'. I think it was a Boots exclusive or freebie or something (I got it on eBay.) It's a purple-y wine shade and very comfortable to wear.

Here’s mine. Primark lustre in rosewood mauve. One of my faves. I think it’s supposed to be a MAC dupe but not sure of what shade. Dodgy selfie of hastily applied lipstick!

but love this thread. I used to have about two lippies, then I started following this thread, now I definitely have enough to do one for each day of the month

I love lipstick and have been better at actually putting it on in recent months as opposed to lining them all up and gazing at them adoringly.
Today I'm wearing Lovecraft by Kat Von D. It's a beautiful dusky pink/almost lavender shade. I love Kat Von D lipsticks, they last really well and the colours are always really opaque.

Wearing Charlotte Tilbury JK Magic around the house. Not my usual colour was quite pale but giving it a go as DH bought it for me.

Revlon HD Adobe, not applied v well, but nice red colour. goes well with my sweatshirt

I'm so pleased to see this thread!
I didn't manage the lipstick challenge last year as I had a newborn dc. I've been looking forward to rejoining for 2020!
I wore my standard lippie of choice today, MAC Velvet Teddy. Will be more adventurous tomorrow 😆

Oooo is the Primark lippy any good? Does it have much staying power? I'm going to start wearing lippy from tomorrow but only have two colours!

The primark one last better than some of my more expensive ones eg Bobbi brown.

Today I’m trying out a Christmas gift. Rouge Dior ultra care liquid in 750 blossom. Feels lovely but totally wrong for my colouring unfortunately. As I’m just staying at home with DS it doesn’t really matter.

Primark lipsticks are fantastitic. I have a red that lasts all day/night.

I am afraid I have worn the same colour for a couple of weeks!

Cannot take a photo but it is a mini one - Bare Minerals Moxie Say the Word. A kind of pinkie nude/pinkie beige. Warm anyway. Not normally a beige person as look like death not even warmed up! However this is on the warm side and one of those ok with everything though I prefer corals, warm red and bright but not blue pink normally. It was a mini I got in a set.

Right I've stocked up on Primark lipstick in various colours because I'm not actually good at judging what will suit me!

May I join? I normally just slap on some Clinique almost lipstick or Burt's bees tinted lip balm as I'm running out the door.
This colour doesn't suit me at all, but it has great staying power. It's Laura Mercier power velour extreme matte lipstick. I think I bought it because it was on offer.

Oh my gosh I love lipstick! It's the one item I always wear. Today it's CT Bond Girl. Not I coloured I would usually wear as like bright lipstick but I've got eyeshadow on today so toned down the lippy.
