Has anyone ordered from them?

5 star reviews on the app store but TrustPilot says otherwise.

On their app there seems to be some kind of scheme in place where you get rewarded for positive reviews.

They have some lovely long length dresses which are a lot cheaper than Monsoon! But I'm skeptical

I ordered a couple of bits a few months ago and the quality was really poor on all my items and nothing at all like the pictures. Really cheap material.

I wouldn't bother again although some on here have said that they have purchased t-shirts and they were ok.

I've ordered some bits from there and its hit and miss. I've had some nice t shirts but crap hoodies that bobble and shrink. I never managed to get the points system to work and I do worry about where their cheap items are made. If you order it has to be at your own risk there.

I read a review from a fashion blogger (not sponsored) and she said the quality is really variable - some pieces have been a good fit and fabric, others have been weirdly small and tight in some places and not at all like the pictures.

She basically said to read the product info really carefully to check the fabric type and dimensions, and be prepared to be disappointed, but you might get some gems. She also said these were 'Instagram clothes' - good for an outing and a few photos, but not built to last.

She also made the point they the clothes are only as cheap as they are because they're made in China and somewhere along the line, someone is being very badly paid to make them.

I ordered a few bits from there earlier this year.

Check the sizing very carefully, it’s bonkers. I think they make for the Asian market so generally come up tiny. I’m a petite 8-10 but was having to order a large.

A maxi dress I bought was nice but didn’t wash well, a bikini was fine, two tops were frankly garbage.

Returns aren’t free, and it would have cost me more to return a bikini that didn’t fit than it did to buy it.

I’d just go to Primark if I wanted cheap short life clothes.

I have a couple of t-shirts. One is lovely but the other one is mis-shapen already.

I ordered a load of dresses for my holidays a few weeks ago. The quality was terrible and as pp have said you have to check the sizing on every item. I didn't keep any of the dresses and had to pay to return the packages.

I also worry about where they are made and how poor the wages/conditions must be to ship such cheap items

I use it all the time, always check the size chart for each item don't just assume you'll be the same size in everything and always read other reviews though especially if they have pics of them wearing the item. It really helps you see the quality and know what size to get.
I've ordered quite a lot and the majority has been great quality but occasionally something cheap and chatty slips through

The sizing varies with each item - use the guide for each item. Its more towards small sizing but some are large. Some items biggest size they sell is around a size 6 or 8.

Quality varies - one common problem is white / light coloured being transparent. Never had issue with delivery apart from being slow (week or two) but always pay the extra for insurance. Can't really return anything in reality. Its kind of suitable for teenagers who need to wear 3 outfits per day or holidays, less suitable for work (unless you get lucky with outfits). Very cheap.

I would say its about 50% of what we've got would wear publicly here. DD its 100%. Its so cheap though, you can get 6 dresses for 1 in Monsoon but not sure how long they last. Good for kids as change size often.

I love Shein - all of my clothes that get the most compliments are from Shein.

Just be careful with what you buy. Read the description and check the sizes. I have bought from them, size varies from item to item. Some are pretty poor, some are good and a bargain. Pretty much the same experience as with any other mail order clothes, I forget I look nothing like the model and can be disappointed that the garment doesn't look the same on me. Some of the materials used can be a bit nasty.

Very poor quality, Patricks. For example, cotton things were like a thin canvas. I was appalled and returned my order, I wouldn't buy from them again.

If you can afford more than shein prices, please don't buy from places like shein. It's cheap crap that will end up in landfill.

Hi op I've ordered twice from them this year and only one jacket out of three was good quality, i ended up giving the other two away. I returned everything from my recent order as the quality wasn't good and the size too big for me.

I ordered a load of stuff before my holiday in summer and returned every single item. The quality was awful! Fabric was terrible, misshapen, some items were see-through - this was nothing like shown on the photos.

I had a bad feeling about them before I ordered. I read up on them and checked the measurements. I eventually ordered from them as someone I work with had used them previously and was happy with what they received. I should've listened to my gut!

I've read some negative reviews but everything I've ordered has been fine. I've ordered a lovely wrap dress, a few skirts, summer dresses..all arrived and fit well. Definitely read the reviews of the items to see the sizing first.

I've had the opposite experience to others on here - I've got about 15 pieces in my wardrobe from Shein and all great! Except for one hoodie which was tiny and wonky. Dresses are fab, as are the jumpers.

I read before that the cheaper items will inevitably be utter rubbish but if you go mid-range to the higher priced items, the quality will be excellent. I've found this to be true. Check the sizing of each item before you order as the clothes come from different sellers. For one jumper I was a small, for another a medium.
