Phew!
I’m about to go away for the weekend and was worried I wouldn’t find the new thread on my return!

Not much of a poster but loving following this thread.

Thanks Queen. I feel as if I'm really warming to Kate since Louis was born. She just seems more relaxed and natural. Or is this just what the Mail wants me to think?

this picture of Kate was in the Mail - I think if she's botox'd it must be very judicious! She does look younger when she's animated & doesn't seem plummy/affected to me. Her accent is pretty much the same as my dsis & her friends (standard academic girls school) not mega posh. She always looks younger when she's pregnant & a bit heavier but must prefer to be slimmer.

Exciting to see a new tiara. I wish BRF would mix it up a bit, it would be good to see Kate in something other than the Cambridge - even back to the Lotus but that's probably too small now.

i think Kate is a very smart person, very rational, she really understands the complexity of it all and just seems to be balancing everything well,

New here and apologies if this has come up before, but does anyone think there is any microscopic grain of potential truth in the Meghan-having-twins rumour? Apparently Paddy Power have stopped taking bets on it. She did show very early.... The press and whole baby world will go into meltdown if it's true!

No I don't, cos by the time they'd made their announcement she was well gone. As opposed to poor old Kate who was barely pregnant when she had to go to hospital.

I think some people just show early. I have an entirely different body shape, being long in the body, but by god I may as well have been wearing a placard saying "Up The Duff" by 12 weeks. I actually looked terribly fat by just 10 weeks, it was very stressful trying to hide it.

BTW Pawnee I put info about the Petite version of the ASOS dress in the last thread if you're reading.

I think Meghan is short-waisted and Kate long-waisted and pregnancy always tends to show earlier if you're the former and later if you're the latter. First pregnancies anyway, my friends who have more than one child tell me they were showing much earlier with their second baby.

I just went a sort of sasusage shape for a while, I looked like I was horrendously bloated (well, I was that as well to be fair). I was really self-conscious about it, and ended up a total bump toucher - think I was trying to subconsciously signal 'Not fat! Pregnant!' So I don't find Megan's bump bothering off!

I'm not a great coat-dress lover - much prefer Kate's more casual looks. But the grey one works for that occasion, it's appropriately sombre for what must have been a sad visit for them - they knew more than one of the victims. Very sad.

That video of Kate in the last thread was very sweet, and her earrings were fabulous!

Kate’s coat dress was beautiful. It isn’t a style I particularly like but the volume of material and the cut of the coat made it stand out from all the usual boring ones. It must have been very expensive.

The official KP pregnancy announcement said they were expecting "a baby". They would have been more careful with there wording if it was twins (ie, just saying she is pregnant)

Totally agree - if we must have one at all, I believe she's an utterly suitable Queen for the 21st century

Hello hello hello. I've been stalking the past few threads, but I'm going to come out from under my rock now and actually try and start contributing!

I didn't make it to Leicester yesterday to see the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge, which is a bit disappointing, but I'm enjoying the pictures and loving Kate's outfit.

I'm also so wondering if the DoS is touching her bump so much to reassure herself it's all real. I did that a lot in my first pregnancy and I wasn't even aware half the time until my DH pointed it out to me. I also think DoC is trying to be more regal but often it's aging her. It's be nice to see slightly softer and more fun styling like the European royalty pictures that others post on these threads. Dodgy trouser suits aside more often than not they manage to look suitably regal but in a less stuffy way. I'd like to think the DR will embrace a slightly less regimented/prescribed look as time goes on. Both the DoC and DoS can look fantastic and really carry off some fabulous clothes so if like to see more of that.

The Luxembourg royals were at a museum and I did wonder if that was a baby bump on Stephanie but i think it's just the cut of her outfit. She and Guillaume have been married nearly as long as William and Kate and I wonder if there is any pressure on them in that regard? Hopefully not, as he's got plenty of siblings.

I think there is pressure Queen. She has been asked about it interviews and very diplomatically doesn't answer.
I feel really sorry for her. As if they do have issues in the full view I'd be public glare.

Jesus that doesn't even make sense.
I mean if there are issues it in the full glare of the public.
