I always leave everything to the last minute and can never find a good Christmas jumper so I thought I’d start looking online now. I can’t see anything I like. I’ve looked at the cheaper and more expensive ones but they’re all a bit shit! Help!!

What do you have in mind?
I bought one last year from Tesco - black chenille with gold stars.

I didn't want:
any pastels (pink/baby blue/yellow are not Christmas colours IMO Xmas Wink )

I didn't want £££ cashmere or something that was crispy acrylic.

No Ya Filthy Animal or Merry Kissmass , no Prosecco, nothing that lined up my boobs with two Christmas puddings. No bloody pugs .

There was very little out there .
This year its all Unicorns and Llamas Xmas Confused

Not somewhere I usually shop but I got a lovely one with gingerbread men on from peacocks last year. It was 100% cotton and really nice! The fit was lovely and it wasn't too garish or acrylic/plasticky. I imagine they have similar this year?

I was going to start a thread on this because I have just seen a Christmas jumper online for £50. Do people really pay this for a jumper with a sparkly reindeer on the front? (well I suppose they must do!) How many times would you wear it? Would you put it away and dig it out next Christmas to wear?

No objection to Christmas jumpers, they are a bit of fun, but I really wouldnt pay £50 for one.

I might wear it several times in December but I know what you mean about £50. I’ve seen some a lot ore than that and it worth it. If it’s a good one I’d pay!

I saw one I liked on ASOS but it’s out of stock.

I have a chunky knit fair isle one for all winter from Lee Cooper I think

But a fun red one with a reindeer from peacocks for about a tenner

Monki has some fun sweatshirts that are cotton and available via ASOS. Actually ASOS has a good range of different ones!

Some nice ones in Asda; tasteful, even.

I got a lovely one from the Cath Kidston outlet shop. It's red with a snowman. I really like this one from Yumi but I had already bought mine when I saw it. It's a metallic fabric. www.yumi.co.uk/embellished-christmas-tree-jumper/
I'm struggling to find a nice traditional one in Christmassy colours for my DS.

I definitely wear mine again, why would you only wear it fair one year?Confused
I love the Tesco ones. I agave to buy another one as Iv’ve lost 40lbs (Blush) so need a smaller one. Have been looking around and think i like the Tesco ones best.
I wear it out to the pub in Dec, and whenever I like over Dec tbh. They tend to be quite comfy! Then stick it away for next year. Recycle recycle.

They have black jumpers on Wallis website, with subtle beaded Christmas trees, reindeer or star. They look good ( for Christmas eve/day) and are only £ 20 in sale at moment.
