Where can I go to get a really good hairdresser to look at my hair, face shape, my lifestyle etc and work with me to give me a new hairstyle?

I don't just want to take a photo from a magazine in or make suggestions myself.

I've got so fed up with my hair and I want a bit of help.

I'm in the south east so can get to London if necessary.
