Welcome everyone. Still enjoying summer but looking forward to my favourite season Autumn/Winter.
Started in @neveradullmoment99 absence as presuming she is enjoying holidays and maybe having a lack of internet/WiFi at the moment.

Hello to new thread! Already looking forward to new things coming into the shops. Will need new long boots and some ankle boots this A/W.

I'm contemplating some DM's this autumn...
had some as a teenager and having been mulling over getting a new pair for the last couple of years.
Looking forward to seeing Hush offerings.. the black frayed star boyfriend jeans will be a definite for me. Will also be looking at getting some of their skinny jeans and the boots they do that are similar to the Ash Jalouse boots.
Although it seems wrong thinking about Autumn when it's still 25 degrees plus out there!

Where have you seen the black frayed star jeans, Ella? I can see black star print jeans on the PRshots site but not frayed star ones.

Ooh @Talisin maybe that's my mistake? I thought the black star jeans on the pr shots looked the same as the current ones that I have in blue?
I'll be gutted if I'm wrong. Was looking forward to wearing those with trainers.

The only ones I can see are on Page 1, fifth row down called hush AW18 Star Print Boyfriend Jeans - Black/Black for £89. Obviously difficult to be sure with such a tiny pic but it does say print and they do look more like a print.

Yes I think you're right - I'd looked at them and assumed they were the same kind of faded star. They look exactly the same fit and style though. I'll probably order them to see what they're like.

Hi all! Can I ask about the Hush Star boyfriend jeans - do you think I can get them taken in a bit at the waist without ruining them?

Report
Ellapaella · 23/07/2018 18:22

The star frayed ones or the ones with the stars down the sides?

Stars down the side I think, they're not frayed @Ellapaella. Love them but the way they fit right now they're too big on my waist and my butt does not look good!

Hello folks...wading in with a quick question if I may.

Does anyone have the oversized babydoll dress? Just wondering exactly how oversized it is? There's a fine line between 'flowing' and 'marquee'. Thanks.

shifts, it is GINORMOUS. A sized down two sizes and could still have concealed a term twin pregnancy up there. It was on its way back within an hour.

@Gahbahboo I had those but sent them back as I found that if I sized down so they fitted my waist they were just a bit too 'straight' on the leg and not as baggy as I'd like them. In order to get them to fit loosely on the waist I think I'd have had to accept a bigger waist and use a belt or perhaps as you suggest get them taken in.
I'm not very good at clothing alterations so not sure if that would work. Maybe others could advise or take them to a place that does it and see what they say?
They were a frustratingly odd fitting jean! I loved the look of them but couldn't get them to work for me.

Hello hushisters. Blimey it's so muggy tonight! I'm thinking of getting out of bed and having another shower!
I had my first hush spot at a festival this weekend. Someone in the leopard print maxi, she looked fab nut no doubt I'd have spilt my drink down it had I worn mine, too nice for a festival.

Right sod this. Going for a shower. Again!
