Yes they can have elastics. You could always sell on...but they’ll be around £25 minimum.

Primark do white ones, £3 a pair.

Primark will be cheapest (but wear nude big knickers) and use the savings to buy the electric blue eyeshadow and silver liner you will need.

If you want to pay more , TopShop and M&S (but you'll get away with Primark)

70 - I'm aiming for the first pic but being somewhat challenged in the make up dept I'll probably end up with the second!
I don't even own one eyeshadow so I'm being a little ambitious. Oh well, if you can't rock bad blue eye shadow at a 70s night when can you?
