Is it possible to tone with free weights at home?

I'd like a few really simple ways to incorporate weights into my exercise. I have an arthritic condition which means intensive exercise isn't for me, but I walk a lot every day. I'd like to tone my legs and arms.

Yes. You need to make sure your technique is spot on though. I would seek medical advice first, and consider a session with a trainer.

Resistance bands might suit you.
