Shoes really depend on how much standing you are going to do, how much walking you need to do and whether you think it might rain! I tend to go for a lower heel and if you are reasonably tall, try kitten heel sling backs. Black quilted bag is never wrong. Hat - got to be black really. Unless you can match the blue which might be difficult.

Def a wedge - grass is too hard for stilettos. And I've never been able to walk in slingbacks.

Love the dress. What about cream wedge shoes and a straw summer hat with a bit of blue ribbon or feather? A bag to fit a compact brolly and pacamac. Have fun.
