Interview Dress help!

Hello Everyone...Haven't been to an interview in summer in ages so need some help deciding if I can wear this dress suit for an interview. Normally I just wear a Navy or a black dress suit but with it being so warm I am wondering if I should be more adventurous and wear some other colour. It is a senior management role in a consulting company..so not as conservative as a law firm but not as creative as an ad company

I have ordered this suit...do you think I should go for it, or maybe only the dress with a navy/black blazer.

The colour is just a tad more muted than in the photographs

What do you think? Would really really appreciate some advice.

I have these courts...which look quite understated with a black or navy dress..they looked good with the dress when I tried. So I can either go with these or just black courts
