It kept emptying my basket and I was going to buy things separately but when I went to checkout with just one item my full basket of 5 items miraculously reappeared, took ages to checkout though but got confirmation email now. Luckily stuff I bought last week with free gift vouchers wasn't in the sale

Boden Site awful, I thought I had eventually managed to buy two blouses earlier, confirmation email shows I paid for them both, but also describes one as out of stock, so maybe they will have to refund me.

Joules went well (although I did order before seeing the kind poster's 20% discount tip - I should've waited)!

Anthropologie - aaaaagh! Never again!
I placed an order. There was no free delivery applied to my order (well over the specified amount to entitle free delivery) and ... its coming in THREE parcels, all on different days... with no option to collect in store or from the COLLECT thingy. Useless!

Bit of a gripe but ... not impressed with Anthropologie online. My one order arrived in droves and drabs (3 separate small parcels). I had to wait until all had arrived until I returned what wasn't wanted - and it's always a pain waiting for delivery, not to mention an unnecessary number of times. There was no option to collect in store or at a Collect store, locally. An I was charged for postage. Despite having spent well over the £75 requisite of free postage. The earnings of bought have broken on my second day of wearing them. A necklace is apparently out of stock, so didn't arrive in the order, despite being on the paperwork in one of my orders. The refund is a pain as it's difficult to track what's gone back on my card - still no email of what's been refunded and no emailed track of the items returned. All in all... not so great.

Yes - shop and staff are lovely! Just online that's shockingly poor (which is surprising as it's so £££).

I had similar experience with Anthropologie online and they don't offer free returns. And most stuff is polyester.
Not my favourite shop, sadly.
