Need a new full coverage foundation... help!

Hi
Need to get a new full coverage today. I’ve got both double wear and Charlotte Tilbury and like but don’t love them. Am late 30s, combination skin and always use a primer. I do touch my face a lot so good lasting power essential. TIA!

I use Nars sheer glow, but with all foundations I would use a setting spray for staying power! Urban decay do excellent ones

Thanks Silver, I’ve run out of setting spray and do need more! Is the Nars one full coverage?

I alternate between ELDW and MAC Pro Longwear. Not sure if Pro Longwear might be a bit drying on the dry bits though. Definitely long lasting as only my body shop camomile cleansing butter shifts it.

I also second a setting spray. I've found Make Up Revolution's to be quite good but just started using prep, prime and fix by MAC and it really brightens my skin by making it not so matt.

I've always been a doublewear user but lately found it s bit cakey. Have just started trying NYX Total Control Drop Foundation and am impressed - good coverage and good staying power. Have been using a setting spray though.

Ive not found a cool enough tone with DW - they’re always slightly orange on me!
Any other setting spray recommendations other than urban decay?

I use L’Oréal True match (usually 3 for 2 in boots) with alittle powder to set and it last all day and doesn’t have the high price tag and has proved better than some more expensive ones I’ve tried.

@IncidentalAnarchist sheer glow is pretty much full coverage I would say, but I completely different finish to double wear. It's not matte, but it's gorgeous.

Thanks @silvergirl57 - how do you apply foundation? I’m fingertips or brush but also wondering if I should be investing in a beauty blender

@IncidentalAnarchist beauty blender - you will never use a brush again. Honestly they are fab, they get the most out of your foundation. And I wouldn't get any of the fake beauty blenders, I've given them a go and they're nowhere near as good as the original

I find a damp sponge works amazing in place of a beauty blender
