Cosmetic surgery websites - recommendations

My best friend is looking into having a cosmetic procedure. Rather than just going to the local private hospital and picking one of the cosmdtic surgeons that practice there I have suggested that she might be better to join an on line forum where I expect there will be proper chat about the latest procedure for what she wants done, pros and cons and ideally recommendations for surgeons who have done a good job before. Unfortunately we can't seem to find any forums. Can anyone please suggest a cosmetic surgery site and one ideally that is very UK focused. Thanks very much

Thanks but that is very much a USA based one she said. I was really looking for something like yahoo groups or maybe facebook groups but cannot seem to find anything.

You can sort by country, there’s quite a lot of UK users on there.
