Anyone ordered from OSprey London website?

Hey all! Last week I fell in love with a bag in the Osprey winter sale and after a bit of deliberating decided yesterday morning to go for it....even though I have never spent that much money on a bag EVER! Anyhow, checked out and got an order ref number which I wrote down.....but am now freaking out that my order might not actually have gone through because I still haven't received a confirmation email.....which I think I should have received as an automatic email on submission of the order. I have checked my inbox and spam folders, definitely nothing from Osprey. I am now worried that I am going to miss out on this bag that I absolutely have my heart set on, and which I can only afford at the sale price. Please tell me it will be ok and the fact that I was given an order number on submitting the order means osprey definite have my order?!

No....but I've often bought their bags in TK Maxx! Worth a look on the website if you haven't got one locally.

Darn! I wonder what's going on. Will call them tomorrow. I have been to tk maxx but they didn't have the style I wanted....but I was able to see the quality of the ospreys which is why I was happy to order an expensive bag online. I know it sounds silly but I really have my heart set on it and will be annoyed if my order has disappeared and I don't get my bag..... #firstworldproblems

Have you checked your bank account to see if the money's been taken or is earmarked?

Can you check your history to make sure it was a valid site?

Site was legitimate, and paid with credit card so nothing showing up in my online banking yet....not unusual I find. Oh well, I will follow it up tomorrow. Just a bit narked.

I paid through Amazon, I've had an email from Amazon but not osprey

Got it sorted! Dumbo here managed to enter her email address incorrectly 😶😳...am mortified, i have never done that before in all the 100s of things I have ordered online. Fair play to osprey customer service, I dropped them an email this morning and they came back to me by mid morning to confirm the order.

I love it! Smells so good.... lovely leather. Loads of room for my work stuff and will look better than my tatty old kipling. Faithful and practical but on its last legs.
