Is it just me or are they really slow at despatching things? I ordered something from the store, and the assistant said that it would arrive on Monday- which I was surprised at tbh. Anyway, I’m not in a rush but the online reviews do not fill me with confidence either!

They are pretty poor! I once paid for next day collect from store and got the text to say my parcel was ready to be collected 5 minutes after the store closed!
