What hair product should I use?

I gave up my straighteners for lent and haven't used them since!

I have longish (bra strap length) hair and a thick fringe.
I blast my fringe with the hairdryer, leave the rest if I can fit a while then blast and put in 2 plaits. Once I'm dressed I take the plaits out and have nice ish waves.

I prefer this to the fake poker straight look I used to have.
Just wondering what I could use as a finishing touch?
