Skincare and make up (congested combination skin)

My skin has been a mess since I had my twins - very congested / englarged pores across the nose and cheeks, but try around my eyebrows and hairline. The pores in my nose are always blocked, even using a decent cleanser (I have an Estée Lauder one that used to work well).

I need some good skincare products for this type of skin. I also need a good foundation - on top of these issues I have very fine blonde hairs on my lower face which are unnoticeable until I put make up on, and any I've tried clings to them and makes them more obvious.

Also in need of a new cream blush, mascara and easy to apply eyeliner (preferably pencil)

Can anyone recommend some products to me? I have a Boots gift card so would be handy if I could buy from there.
