Which scarf when getting jowly?

My chin definition isn't what it used to be...should I avoid drawing attention to the area by not wearing scarves or are there styles I can get away with? I don't want to spend all winter with a cold neck (nor do I want to look like a lady what lunches).
I'm also rather chubbier than I used to be with sizeable boobs (oh the joys of menopause).
I'd really appreciate some top tips! Thanks

Go for a paler colour. You don't need your jaw line and it's lack of definition accentuated by the contrast of a darker colour against paler skin...if your skin IS pale.

I'm similar so I'll follow this thread with interest but to be honest, I don't see how it's possible to wear a scarf without drawing the eye to my jawline. I still wear them in winter because stuff it, I'm cold and the world will just have to put up, but I don't see them as flattering or stylish anymore. But I'd love to be proved wrong!

It was reading the French style post that made me realise that there's more to scarf wearing than I'd ever realised! I have never really given any thought to the weight/drape etc., just going for colours I thought suited.

I'm not a John Lewis 'mature woman with colourful scarf' type.

It was my DDs reaction to a faux fur number I bought from Monsoon, in conjunction with the French post, that has made me rethink (and given me a confidence wobble).

Will defo try the paler colour suggestion - thanks - I'm a freckly and auburn

My very, very stylish friend who is a model and has been since about 1990, is 48 and auburn and freckly. I notice she wears oatmeal coloured scarves. I've seen her in pale grey too. She's beautiful and always looks amazing.
