Fabulous Handbags for around £200 - I need present inspiration for a friend!

As the title says really. It doesn't have to be £200 but that is the budget, we can always add to it with smaller things if necessary. Its for a very good friends 40th. She prefers cross body bags (I think!) rather than shoulder or clutch
Thanks in advance!

Saw some lovely bags in Jigsaw...this is a cross body one.

I have this
It’s fab as it has 2 different straps so it can be casual or more formal

Oooh, thank you - saving links now (as its a group present)

Or this slightly over budget

I bought one recently and love it!

slightly but not too much! Thanks!

Longchamp makes nice ones.

I like this one, which is only slightly over budget:

X post!

That was a fortuitous cross post! I honestly think anyone who appreciates good bags would love to get one of those. I've seen in 'in the flesh' recently and am still kicking myself that I didn't buy it. It was the black one and was on sale at half price. The navy one is lovely too, though. I think it'd make a lovely present. It's subtle but beautifully made and a perfect little chic bag.

Have you checked the outnet for discounted designer bags?

TKMaxx currently has some Lulu Guinness(sp?) ones online.

I have this one which my SIL bought me a few years ago. 2
Way under your budget, but nice quality leather. I use it loads as a casual weekend bag. I have several mulberrys, Michael Kors and lonchamp bags which are all a bit more flashy/dressy, but this is my go to for a quick trip to the shops etc$ja=tsid:44544Ccid:367703064Cagid:23844150504Ctid:pla-60512637292Ccrid:92375379384Cnw:gCrnd:12743289270674172081Cdvc:mCadp:1o2Cmt:Cloc:9045305

Fossil are great for that budget. I have 4.

Holgedansk - great taste! wink

I did buy mine at Heathrow so cheaper than high street I think it was about £190 so if you know someone travelling you could get it in budget!

HolgerDanske Sun 12-Nov-17 11:46:43

Heh yes, Keepmoving, same to you! grin

Did you get the black one?

keepmoving Sun 12-Nov-17 14:58:13

I did and I love it! It’s a perfect size :-)

I was going to suggest The Outnet too. I ordered a lovely See by Chloe bag from there on Friday for my Christmas present which was on your budget.

HolgerDanske Sun 12-Nov-17 18:52:52

The outnet is great. But dangerous.
