Don't bother.
Get LVL eyelash treatment instead. It's fucking amazing. Makes your own eyelashes look like fakes for 6 weeks!

Buy a pack of Demi wispies from Ardell or Red cherry on Amazon, buy your own glue, the tiny ones in the packs don’t last very long, and can be crap, ardell or duo glue are good.

If it looks too full on cut them in half, cutting off the outside longer lashes and then just stick the inner part to the outside corners of your eyes only, Marilyn Monroe used to just wear them on the outer corner of your eye.

I recommend the Demi wispies because the seam is very flexible and not ‘pingy’. By that I mean that if they have a thick black band they can be tricky to apply, you stick one side down and the other pings up.

Also they suit most eye shapes as they are thicker and longer at the outer corners and although they make a big impact tend to be natural looking so are a good false eyelash to start out with. I will try to post a pic of a pack.

I think I paid £8 for all these on Amazon. They have deals sometimes.

Also allow the glue to get slightly tacky , before you stick them on, patience!! That way they don’t slide about and you don’t get glue in your eyeball.

Can you see that the ‘spine’ on them is very thin but still black? That’s what you want to start with. Plus as I said if the are longer and thicker at the outer corners they tend to suit more eye shapes and give a cat eye effect. Smile

I’ve got some magnetic ones- I have fine motor control issues and can’t do ordinary fake ones so thought these would be easier. They aren’t any good for me as I still can’t pick them up but I think they would be great for anyone whose hands work properly.

I would love to try the proper eyelash extensions though. Maybe that would work for you Elfride ? I read a piece Marian Keyes did on getting hooked on eyelash extensions. Very funnySmile
