I really rated this mascara and have said as much on here in the past. The main reason for the praise was that it was so easy to wash off - no heavy rubbing required.
However the last couple of times I've bought it, the formula seems to have changed and it's as difficult to remove as any other mascara I've had. I'm so disappointed. Has anyone else found this?

I use this and love it, doesn’t appear to have changed?whats your experience of using it recently.

i always remove with warm water and liz Earle cleanser with Muslin cloth and that’s working ok

Hi lipstick. I always remove my make up with either Emma Hardie (my absolute fave) or Elemis balm and hot cloths. Until recently it worked a treat, but there's no doubt in my mind that the formula has changed. So disappointed and now considering others.

My most recent purchase was about 6 weeks ago but I only started using it around 3 weeks ago (I hate to run out so always keep one, unopened, as back-up.

I bought a Chanel one a couple of weeks ago on a recommendation on here, as well as a cheapie from Max Factor and one from Wilko (can you tell I'm desperate!) but I'm not impressed with any of them....

Oh I hope it’s not changed,I haven’t bought a new one recently.
IMO best mascara is lancome Hypnose waterproof or Estée Lauder double wear no smudge

I used to wear Hypnose! i only changed to the Clinique after reading about it on here and thought I'd found my holy grail...

Which Chanel one?
I rate my Chanel one better than the Clinique Full to Flutter. But Chanel is difficult to remove.

It was Inimitable - the non waterproof version. I wore my Clinique again last night, removed it using the balm, but still had flakes remaining this morning which took some shifting. I'm worried I'm going to damage my lashes when I take it off!

Chanel Le Volume is really good but needs remover to take it off.
My daughters changed to it from Benefit.
I had Clinique Flutter to Full on yesterday as it is a tubing mascara and should come off with warm water. Which it did, with no black flecks this morning.

Oh pants! It's my holy grail too - has been great with my dry eyes. Am just coming to the end of this tube so we'll see....

Flutter to Full is a tubing mascara, meaning that it's not your cleansing balm that removes it - it's the water that you're using to rinse. The water needs to be really quite warm - at least 39°C.

interesting Haha - i will give it a go just using hot water & see if that works. To be honest I had no idea it was a 'tubing' mascara!

Hope it works, OP. I can only wear tubing mascaras as everything else smudges on me, and I find it really frustrating that Clinique (and lots of other brands) are often really cagey about whether or not a mascara is tubing. Flutter to Full, Lash Power, and Bottom Lash are all tubing but you have to read the descriptions to find the phrase 'removes with warm water' to infer this!
