Good all round shampoo and conditioner for whole family

I want to find a shampoo and conditioner that we can all use.

I’m looking for a gentle daily shampoo and a silky smoothing conditioner suitable for longer length hair.

I used to use Aveda products a long time ago, but only used them on myself.

Currently using Aussie Mega and Pantene 2in1 and I’m not particularly impressed by either.

I use dove 2 in 1
Really happy with it and only £3!

We can’t use dove products, they smell terrible on us!

My sister says the same.

I find Tresseme good for the price.

We all use the clear Herbal Essences shampoo and white conditioner. White Tea and mint, I think.

I really like Neal's Yard rose shampoo and conditioner. Lovely and gentle and smells really nice.

Alberto Balsam is good.
Really reasonably priced, range of scents and it’s one of the few brands that doesn’t make my thick, curly hair go frizzy and horrible.

Alberto Balsam here too. Cheap but does the job.

I use Tresemme satin/silk something for myself but I don't like inflicting all those chemicals on my dc. So dh and they use Simple. It's very mild yet effective. It can be hard to find. Many place will have the shampoo but not the conditioner. Boots usually have both.

L’Oréal Elvive Clay (the light turquoise one).

The Lidl shampoo and conditioner is good, the conditioner is fab. It's the cien one repair and care but they have others for dandruff and coloured hair.

I use Treseme shampoo and conditioner...
If anyone in you family has greasy or dry hair I would get one for them specifically for there hair types as unfortunately one size doesn't always fit all

Herbal Essences is lovely. I used it on my 2yo ds's hair at dms one night - I've never seen his hair so shiny. Have now binned the baby shampoo!

Smeaton same here, bought it on a whim as i normally use pantene or herbal essence, ive got 3 dds with waist length hair and I was shocked and how good the conditioner is, makes their hair look lovely. It's dirt cheap as well

I just buy whatever’s on offer in the supermarket or grab some from the pound shop. We go through so much with 2 girls who swim multiple times a week that I can’t afford to buy the nice stuff anymore!

Alberto Balsam all the way...my hair is very thick and can frizz. Bought a bottle from the local pound shop and now won't use anything else!

Alberto balsam but Lidl do one which appears to be the same at 45p a bottle. Have tried lots of brands over the years but always prefer Alberto balsam!
