Which Shampoo and Conditioner to use?

I'm 47, menopausal, hair naturally very grey so dyed every four weeks. My hair is starting to look and feel really dry and "old", is there a shampoo and conditioner I should be using that you would recommend?

My ex-mil had lovely hair and used to use Kerastase but I can't remember which one (not too helpful I know) and looking on their websites there are load of different types.

I'd be happy to pay for salon brands if it makes my hair/me feel better.

The kerastase masquintense hair masks are great. They have one for thick hair and one for thin. I used to bleach my hair all the time and it was like straw! The mask really sorted it out (used it a couple of times a week)
