Thermal long sleeve under layer top with very low scoop or v neckline?

The cold is coming and really want to try not this year to look like the usual Michelin man by wearing thermal layer under my tops and jumpers - but I need really low scoop thermal layer as almost all my tips are low cowl or v necks - I look like I have a double chin in crews/polo necks as I have a really strong square jawline.
Where can I get low scoop thermal long sleeve tops that are really toasty? Even considering thermal leggings under jeans - is this old maid territory?!!

Uniqlo scoop neck heat tech. Job done.

I second the uniqlo one - no better thermal top out there

I third, fourth and fifth the Uniqlo scoop necks. There is no need to look further.

And because they are a bit slippery they sit well under your clothes.

I have the Uniqlo, M&S and JL long-sleeved scoop neck tops. I actually prefer the JL ones.

No uniqlo here so can't comment but I have just bought some from M&S which are really good - not sure how low you wanted your neckline to be though?

Just checked them out - good to know they're toasty but not sure they're low enough - I'm looking for just top of a balconette bra low and these seem to be a lot higher. But if they're slippy, maybe they stay pulled down. Will order and suss it out - I'm hoping/assuming Uniqlo small in size as Asian company so no vanity sizing. I think the tighter the better to not show under normal clothes?

Try the Uniqlo ones. They're low enough to breastfeed on, so could work! Yes the sizing is small. I'm a 10 with ample chest and wear an M.

This isn't officially a thermal layer, but I find these tops good for keeping warm
