I need a smart(ish) jumper that can be worn with trousers or jeans. Any thoughts on this one? Not overly exciting but OK I think?

I think it’s a little bit “pyjama top” like. Sorry!

There are better jumpers. It’s fine but I think you could fine smarter ones if that’s what you want.

No idea about the brand but I like it.

I also like it. I’m intrigued by the cryptic anti sugar hill message too, I’ve never heard of them. Please elaborate witty!!

It's nice, but I wouldn't pay more than £20 for it.

I agree it’s like a pyjama top and not smart looking at all

Have you tried uniqlo, jack wills, Zara, mango??

I like it. I take it by 'smart' you mean 'as opposed to a hoodie or scruffy thing stolen from dh, which I wish to sling on with jeans' rather than 'dressed up to the nines'?

for £50?

nah

Report
Justgivemesomepeace · 17/10/2017 20:52

I actually really like it. I would never spend £50 on a jumper though no matter how much I liked it.

I have heard that sugar hill things don't tend to wash very well for their price. For £50 I should expect that to continue to look good through many washes and wears over winter.

I like it though.

It's not smart, more lounge-around-at-home.

£50 for something that looks like a cheap pyjama top?

Suspect you could get ten of these in Primark for that price.

It's a no from me too.

teta · 18/10/2017 12:22

Tk maxx have cashmere snowflake jumpers for that price.I do agree it looks a bit ordinary and not very warm as it's cotton/viscose.

I think it's ok, as an everyday, casual jumper it fits the bill to wear with jeans. I was expecting some fluffy, slouchy thing from the previous posts. Grin

I’m not understanding the pyjama comments. Hush have their star jumpers which are really popular and not dissimilar and often praised on here. No one ever calls them
Pyjamas
