Not sure if this is the right section for this query but has anyone heard of, or taken, bioidentical hormones?
The effects of ageing are ever increasing and as I'm 48 and no doubt heading towards menopause, am wondering if this is a route I may take?
Haven't looked into it in any great detail, am just scouting round for experiences/opinions at the moment.
