Manicure - should I have complained?

I had a manicure after quite a long time. The lady cut my cuticle on my thumb and it bled drops of blood. I have come home to clean it up and it is bleeding a little.

She acted like this happens sometimes, does it?? It has never happened to me.

And I got a nude colour so the blood shows at the edge!

Unless it was a Halloween Special I think you're entitled to complain.
