I like some of the new kids stuff but I don't think the customer service is as good as it used to be. The coat I ordered for dd is going to be three weeks late as they have had an issue with the supplier and apparently it is impossible for them to deliver it any quicker than 8-10 working days to Germany to make some of that time back. Mysteriously other companies manage to get stuff here in 1-2 days... Shouldn't take over six weeks to get a coat. I
