Real life colour of Clark's Colindale oak bronze?

Has anyone seen Colindale oak ankle boots in bronze in real life? They look almost black on my screen and no shops locally have them in stock for me to have a goo.

Thanks.

I thought so too Smile if they are somewhere between black and brown they'll be perfect, but I don't want the hassle of online ordering and returns if they aren't right.

I managed to find a pair! I was killing an hour after dropping Ds to a football thing so I dropped into a small shopping centre and there they were!

The leather is gorgeous, really soft and comfortable. The colour wasn't what I was looking for though Sad. They have a greeny gold undertone that just didn't work for me. I tried the black which again felt lovely but I'm not sure I could justify another pair of black boots. Then the excellent sales woman showed me the creamy/gold pair. They are lush. I'm not entirely sure I can justify them but in bought them just in case I can. And I promise I'll return them if I can't. Really, I will...

I have been eyeballing these, but I have wide feet and bunions! Any chance I could get my feet in these do you think? They are so pretty!!

I have wide feet too and they were fine. The leather is butter soft so I would imagine they would be very forgiving as they get worn in too.

I'm going to bring back the lovely gold pair. I don't like them with dark tights so it rules out most of my winter wardrobe, making them too expensive at €110. I'm making a good case for buying the black ones at £70 on the UK website though.

I think you need the black ones

They will be very useful and will pay for themselves

Grrr! I had a look at the oak Collindales today and they are a gorgeous colour!

I have a weakness for metallic shoes and boots but I thought these would be too goldish, rather than my preferred silver/pewter. However they really are a neutral, almost coolish colour and a fantastic texture. I bought a dark brown pair of Colindales last year so I REALLY cannot justify them...!

I also saw that Orinoco Spice (much beloved of MN as are Orinoco Club) are back this year with a really very nice grey.
