Help me find this jewellery brand

A few weeks ago I read a thread about nice 'basic' jewellery and someone recommended a brand that was really up my street. I can't for the life of me remember what it was called, help! It was quite classic in style, plain and simple but not old fashioned. It was all solid silver or gold but wasn't massively expensive, say around £100 for a necklace. The name was something along the lines of two surnames, like Smith and Thomson. Any ideas??

No, not Thomas Sabo, it didn't seem like a high street jeweller brand.

Placemats and bump as I'm interested too. So many jewellery brands get recommended on here and when I look it's often gold plate. A good, simple, design, but solid gold jeweller would be great to see.
