boden trousers!

I've just discovered boden trousers (Richmond and only £19.50 in clearance) and they're so bloody comfy! And are actually super flattering on my 3 month postpartum bum and chunky legs 😂 And they're so pretty. I realise I'm behind the times.. (does everyone dislike boden now?!) but I need to share my excitement! Now does anyone want to encourage me to buy a pair in every colour? I think my skinny jeans have some serious competition.

I used to wear their trousers 20 years ago, I loved them. I know Bodens meant to be frumpy but I've never been accused of being frumpy.

Way to reassure her that she's not behind the times Grin

Comfy and flattering sounds good to me.

They'd only just started back then. I was 20.

To be honest I've got a 'frumpy' shape and these make me feel lovely instead of frumpy. I'm never going to be a fashionista so this suits me perfectly.

There you go then, don't second guess it. I like them.

Love Boden Richmonds and Hampshire
Favourite ever is 7/8 chinos
I don't care if I'm frumpy, they fit perfectly

Good for you! Enjoy them.

Can I ask about sizing not for those trousers as I'd look like a clown I buy quite a bit from Boden but never tried the trousers. Are they true to size?

I used to love boden trousers, especially the Richmonds, but would say they are better for pears/hourglasses than apples. I find that I often have empty wings (like old fashioned jodhpurs) on my thighs, and they can be a bit flappy on my legs, but comfortable round my waist. But they last forever.

I'm a fan of their Richmonds and the Hampshires. Comfortable, look good ( I think) and wear well. But I am an hourglass if that makes a difference.

Another Richmond fan, also bought a pair of Rachel chino trousers this summer and love them too, especially as colours aren't the usual beige and navy

I love Boden dresses. I'm 29 and definitely not frumpy. I like that they cut for a woman's shape.
I didn't get on with the sizing of the last trousers I bought from there though and sent them back, but I might try again

I've avoided them as I presumed they were for straight legged small hipped people. Those of you who are pear and hourglass, does your lower back nip in? I dip in and get so happy when I find trousers that can handle both my hips and ass as well as nip in,so would these do that?
