Treatment for skin tightening / getting rid of stretch marks

So I have loose skin on my belly and thighs and both have stretch marks! Is there any treatments that actually work to either tighten skin or get rid of stretch marks or both?

I havnt been exercising for a while and I am just getting back into it so that should help with the skin tightening but I would like some sort of treatment to push things along!

Oh I'll have a look! I was thinking along the lines of laser treatment or something instead of creams
