Silicone chicken fillets?

No matter what style or size bra my books just sink to the bottom of the cup, including the enhancing one's. So would silicone inserts help? Can't afford the recovery time off work for a boon job as I am self employed. Advice very welcome from anyone who has tried them.

Yes, done this. So many sizes so many styles but my boobs just sort of pool in the bottom of the cup.
