I'm going to be short of money for a while, and I think I've been letting myself go a bit...

Diet is started and now I need to take care of myself in other ways.

What I want to do is go and get a facial and a few treatments, but that's not going to happen!

So, I can pluck eyebrows at home and mix salt with oil as a home scrub, but what else can I do?

Please add your tips here!

I like a nice bubble bath, maybe light a few candles to help me relax. Put on one of those Korean face masks (you can get a 3 pack for 4.99 in tk maxx), then moisturise all over. Finish by doing a mani pedi- always makes me feel like I've taken some time for myself, plus I always sleep well afterwards!
Enjoy!

Ooh I've not seen the Korean face masks before! Thank you.

I second the sheet masks. Boots do nice ones as do Garnier.
File and buff nails, cuticle oil, manicure and pedicure with base coat and top coat.
Cleanse with cream or oil rather than face wash: apply to dry skin and give yourself a proper facial massage (loads of tutorials on YouTube) take off with a hot flannel and use flannel to exfoliate.
Gently steaming your face over a basin of hot water is always nice.
Hair mask
Slap a load of moisturiser on feet and put cotton socks on and leave for a couple of hours.

Yes! I forgot about moisturiser and socks! I can do that tomorrow evening.

Could you use olive oil as nail oil? Or something similar?

I hadn't thought about steaming my face Smile
